I rarely write positive reviews because quite frankly it’s seldom that I’m wowed by a customer service experience. I needed the front break on my bike fixed and both of my tires were worn so I actually considered buying a new bike. Instead I took my bike to Rooster Wheels in Marina with the goal of just getting the break fixed. The proprietor (William) was super friendly and indicated he could fix the break on the spot. He commented on the tires and I elected to leave the bike there for him to install new ones (tubes and tires). Less than 2 hours later he calls and tells me my bike is ready. A break fixed, two new tires, prompt and friendly service -- $25. Wow, what a bargain!
